Frontline Workers assistant
Frontline Workers often moves around and doesn’t have the comfort of being in the office or the ease of contact with colleagues that comes with a common workplace.
They are not always equipped with computers or professional telephones.
There is often a major digital fracture between office staff and the frontline workers.
We propose to provide them with information where they are, in their language, and on the messaging application they already use.
What are the benefits of an assistant for frontline workers?
- Streamline and automate processes
- Simplify back-office tasks
- Maintain relationships with your employees
- Easily and quickly integrate our solution with your existing tools
- Develop a strong employer brand
Use case: Digital assistant for Frontline Workers
How to organize a replacement in less than one minute?
From a MS Teams conversation set up by the company,
in the language of his choice,
the manager can automatically register an employee’s absence,
and consult his agents’ work schedules in real time with a simple query.
He can also request a replacement directly from this same communication,
which will be transmitted to the agent concerned via the messaging application he uses (Messenger, WhatsApp, Message, etc.).
Elements that must interact for a frontline workers assistant:
Business applications
HRIS, collaborative application/digital workplace
Means of communication for employees
Messaging services (Messenger, WhatsApp, SMS…)
Frontline Workers: site workers, security guards, cashiers, home helpers, itinerant workers...
In their everyday language, on their favorite social network and preferred messaging
HR Department and managers
On the company’s collaborative application (digital workplace)

Frontline Workers: a little considered and poorly paid profession, but so necessary!
The private security sector in France includes 12,000 companies employing more than 180,000 security guards (mostly men). The cleaning sector is carried out by nearly 13,000 companies employing at least one employee, for a total of approximately 540,000 employees (mostly women).
Reception staff, construction workers, home carers… all invisible jobs, poorly paid, with no real prospect of progression and difficult working conditions: specificities linked to the work itself, long and split hours, weekend work, lack of consideration…
No wonder it is so difficult to recruit enough agents, and those in place are so hard to retain.
A study (2019) conducted by the Union des Entreprises de la Sécurité Privée showed that 49% of agents are considering leaving private security! And that the top three reasons that might lead to continuing to work in the private security industry, the top 3 are:
- Better pay
- More career development opportunities
- More recognition from the hierarchy
There is probably no miracle solution, but it is clear that the link between agents and their company is a major issue for both parties.
And technology can help improve the situation without significantly impacting costs.
Deloitte analyzed how to close the technology gap for frontline workers.
